Call history and SMS transcripts are stored for the duration of your subscription. Data is retained on UK infrastructure and handled in line with UK GDPR. You can request deletion of specific records at any time from within the dashboard.

Yes. You can export your full call history as a CSV file from the dashboard at any time. The export includes caller numbers, timestamps, conversation summaries and outcomes, useful for importing into a CRM or for your own business records.

Team member access is available on the Scale plan. Scale subscribers can add multiple users who each have their own login and can view and manage the shared call history dashboard.
