TextBack Pro connects to your Google Calendar via OAuth. When a caller is ready to book, the system presents available slots from your real calendar. The caller picks a time, and the appointment is added to your calendar automatically, for both of you.

The whole process takes around two minutes and works entirely over standard SMS, with no app download required by the caller.

Yes. TextBack Pro reads your live Google Calendar availability before presenting any slots to the caller. Only times that are genuinely free are offered. If your calendar updates between the caller receiving the options and confirming their choice, the system checks availability again before confirming.

If no slots are available within your configured booking window, TextBack Pro lets the caller know and captures their details for a manual callback instead. You are notified so you can follow up directly when capacity opens up.

Yes. You can configure a buffer period between bookings from your dashboard settings, for example, 30 minutes between each appointment slot. This gives you travel time between jobs without manually blocking your calendar each day.
